Internet and cable services depend on network coverage, technical feasibility, selected plan and applicable upstream/provider conditions. Availability and installation must be confirmed before an order is accepted.
Plans, pricing and taxes
Prices displayed on the website are monthly rates and exclusive of GST. Applicable GST, installation charges, equipment charges or other fees, if any, will be communicated before the customer confirms a purchase.
Payment
Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment gateway or banking partner. Customers should verify the selected plan, amount and transaction details before confirming payment. Do not share OTPs, passwords or payment PINs with anyone claiming to provide support.
Customer responsibilities
